1 Vintage Revo Grand Venture Aviator sunglasses were part of the earliest Revo sunglasses collection released in the mid 1980s with the founding of the company and their focus on optically outstanding mirrored mineral glass lenses. It's still an enduring style, Revo's unique take on classic aviator sunglasses but with that distinctive Revo flair. It starts with the Revo purple mirror lenses, with optical technology that was part of the pioneering NASA space program and the reflective mirrored coatings used on space helmets. The durable matte black composite frame looks great with the purple mirror lenses, incorporating a cool combination of curves and angles in the frame design. After an initial production run during which Revo used a gold tab on the ear stems for branding, they switched to an embossed Revo logo in this release of the Venture Aviator and added a slightly smaller nose bridge. The unisex Revo Venture Aviator frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the purple mirror lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.875" at the widest points.
