Maui Jim MJ-144 Jaws Sunglasses
Vintage Maui Jim MJ-144 Jaws sunglasses feature a beautifully and intricately etched copper frame along with early Maui Jim mirrored mineral glass lenses, more in keeping with vintage Revos from this period c 1980s - 1990s and certainly far different from today's polycarbonate Maji Jim lenses. Note the Art Deco inspred styling on the exterior of both ear stems, indicative of the high quality is seems only the Italians could get right during this period. The unisex Maui Jim MJ 144 frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the gradient mirror mineral glass lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.375" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Maui Jim. You'll find the Maui Jim logo embossed on one ear pad, and the inside of one stem is marked Maui MJ-144 01 Made in Italy CE while the inside of the other stem is marked with the US patent number.
