1 Vintage Ray-Ban Flying Colors sunglasses feature eye catching red enamel applied to the gold plated B&L Ray-Ban 62 mm aviator frame coupled with Bausch & Lomb Changeables photochromatic lenses, the lenses that set new standards for "smart lens technology" when first introduced. These lenses will lighten and darken with varying light conditions, a property that is infused into the glass and not aa coating that will wear out or wear off. Original vintage Ray-Ban Flying Colors sunglasses were produced in only very small quantities for a limited period of time and are far different from Luxottica's modern reproductions, and red is one of the hardest colors to find today. The unisex Ray-Ban Flying Colors frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the Bausch & Lomb 62mm Gray Changeables lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 2.0" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched BL and right lens laser etched Ray-Ban.
