1 Vintage Oakley Juliet sunglasses are a first generation, low production variation featuring a Polished Juliet frame and very hard to find Oakley Fire Iridium polarized lenses. You'll love the vibrant colors and hues of red and yellow that really come out in the sunlight, and the already impressive optical properties of vintage Oakley lenses are further enhanced by this polarized version of the Fire Iridium. Oakley Fire Iridium lenses are made using superheated metallic oxides which are fused to the lens at the molecular level, permanently bonding to create a uniform filtering layer that optimizes contrast and minimizes glare. Tuned to transmit from 9 to 92 percent of available light, the coatings are specifically formulated for optimal balance between reflection, transmission and absorption, depending on the usage. The unisex Oakley Juliet Polished frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple in a wrap sunglasses design with highly reflective Oakley Fire Iridium lenses that measure approximately 2.125" x 1.25" at the widest points. You'll find the Oakley O logo inset on the exterior of both ear stems, and the early first generation serial number is impressed on the inside of one ear stem near the hinge. Rare.
