1 Vintage Ray-Ban L1005 Olympian II sunglasses feature a gold plated top accent and ear stems coupled with tortoise shell lower frame, the second generation of iconic Ray-Ban Olympian sunglasses c late 1980s. This is a style that's still as eye catching today as it was when first introduced, perfect for both formal and casual occasions. Popular with celebrities, this vintage Ray-Ban style was worn by the character "Hawk" in the popular 1980's "Spencer For Hire" TV series. The unisex Ray-Ban L1005 frame measures approximately 5.875" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.375" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges. One ear pad is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA 5 1/4, direct from a waterfront estate in St. Augustine, Florida.
