Revo 830 001 Voyager Blue Mirror Sunglasses
1 Vintage Revo 830 001 Voyager sunglasses are an early Revo interpretation of classic aviator sunglasses but with that unmistakable Revo design flair you won't find with any other manufacturer. Revo 830 Voyager sunglasses were in the first production run of Revo styles in the mid 1980s, combining in the 830 001 a matte black durable composite frame with Revo blue mirror lenses that introduced advanced mirrored coatings to consumer sunglasses pioneered and used in the NASA space program. We like the distinctive small horizontal opening in Revo 830 sunglasses, a similar size and shape as Revo 800 Venture Aviator sunglasses but those have a much larger and more traditional opening at the nose bridge. The unisex Revo 830 Voyager frame measures approximately 5.75" temple to temple, and the highly reflective Revo blue mirror lenses measure approximately 2.375" x 1.85" at the widest points. You'll find the Revo logo embossed in gold on the exterior of both ear stems and the inside of one stem is marked 830 001 Frame Italy, part of the collection of a well known sports figure and customer of the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.

3 Revo produced these Revo 830 001 Voyager sunglasses in very small quantities back in the 1980s, and even fewer were produced with Revo blue mirror H20 polarized lenses. This was one of the first models the company made with polarized mirrored lenses, so indicated by the now famous H20 laser etched on the right lens. These Revo 830 001 blue mirror H20 sunglasses are otherwise identical in size, shape, and marks.
