Gargoyles Legends and Legends II Gold Mirror Sunglasses
1 Vintage Gargoyles Legends II sunglasses feature the rarest lens in the Gargoyles line, the highly reflective Gargoyles gold mirror lenses in the gold plated wrap frame. Gargoyles Legends were one of the earliest wrap sunglasses styles, designed to contour closely to the face and eyes to give you more protection from wind and glare. The gold mirror lenses look great with the matching gold plated Gargoyles frame with the distinctive Gargoyles logo decorating the center of the nose bridge. The unisex Gargoyles frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.875" x1.5 " at the widest points. You'll find the Gargoyles logo impressed on the exterior of both gold plated ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked CE Legends II by Gargoyles USA while the inside of the other stem is marked Frame Italy US Patents Pending. These are new old stock Gargoyles Legends II sunglasses in mint, unworn condition, part of the collection of a well known sports figure and customer of the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.

2 Produced slightly earlier, Vintage Gargoyles Legends gold mirror sunglasses are identical in shape and appearance but are slightly smaller, measuring approximately 5.375" temple to temple with lenses measuring approximately 2.75" x 1.5" at the widest points. The inside of one ear stem is marked CE Legends by Gargoyles USA while the inside of the other stem is marked Frame Italy US Patents Pending.
