Always in high
demand, vintage Ray-Ban W1910 Diamond Hard sunglasses are distinctive
because of their unique lens shape and of course innovative Bausch
& Lomb Diamond Hard lenses that are practically impossible to
scratch. That being said, one of the best things about Bausch &
Lomb Diamond Hard lenses is the gold mirror finish that gives these
mirrored lenses a look like no other in the world. They go perfectly
with the 24k gold plated B&L Ray-Ban frame, and there are plenty
of subtle high quality details easy to overlook like the precisely
detailed etching of the gold frame that surrounds the lenses. The
frame is perfect for men's or women's sunglasses, measuring approximately
5.25" temple to temple and fitting a variety of face sizes
nicely. The uniquely shaped DiamondHard gold mirror lenses measure
approximately 1.75" x 1.5" at the widest points, and the
right lens has the Ray-Ban logo in script along with the Diamond
symbol for the Diamond Hard line. Both B&L Ray-Ban glass lenses
are laser etched BL in the glass near the hinges, and they also
retain the original marked BL celluloid nose pads. As for the frame,
these vintage B&L Ray-Ban W1910 Diamond hard sunglasses are
marked B&L Ray-Ban USA impressed in the metal behind the nose
bridge, and one of the ear pads is marked W1910 XYAS. The Ray-Ban
W1910 Diamond Hard style is harder to find than its W1909 counterpart,
part of a major sunglass collector estate liquidation done exclusively
through the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.
