Exceptionally rare, vintage Revo 962 001 sunglasses with blue mirror lens and tortoise shell ear stems usually brings among the highest prices of any vintage Revo sunglasses - and with good reason. The look speaks for itself, with the tortoise shell ear stems providing a striking and elegant contrast with the highly reflective Revo blue mirrored lens. The oval lens measure approximately 2.0" x 1.75" at the widest points, set in a black matte metal frame that provides the final complement to the tortoise shell ear stems. These are excellent unisex men's or women's sunglasses with a style that's sure to get noticed whether at the pool or at a formal gathering. The front of the frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and each ear stem is marked with the Revo logo embossed in the tortoise shell near the hinge points. The interior of the ear stem is marked CE 962/001 Frame Japan, and these vintage Revos also retain the original celluloid nose pads also marked Revo. It's a super look right at the pinnacle of any designer vintage sunglasses fashion and design. 2. Sometimes we receive from an estate collection a great pair of rare vintage sunglasses that just don't quite live up to our condition standards but are too good to pass up. Of course, we are also able to pass substantial cost savings on to you. These vintage and rare Revo 962 001 sunglasses are 100% authentic and identical to the ones above and shown in the photos, but they have a few very light lens scratches less than 0.1" that kept them from a main listing on the site. We could see them when looking closely and angled under a light source, but they were not visible when worn out in the sunlight which of course is the primary reason you buy great sunglasses. The few light scuffs disqualified them from a primary listing on the site, but we're pleased to offer them to you here at a heavily discounted price as part of our Second Chance Program.
