1 Vintage Oliver Peoples OV1134 ST 5035 The Soloist sunglasses were made famous in the 2009 biographical drama The Soloist starring Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey Jr. The plot is based on the true story of Nathaniel Ayers, a former Juilliard student and musician who developed schizophrenia and became homeless, playing violin on the street. The Soloist is by any definition a beautiful frame, a matte gold that provides the perfect complement for the highly sought after blue Oliver Peoples lenses. The unisex Oliver Peoples OV1134 ST Soloist frame measures approximately 4.875" temple to temple, and the rare blue lenses measure approximately 1.75" x 1.5" at the widest points. The inside of one ear stem is marked Oliver Peoples for the Soloist while the inside of the other stem is marked OV1134ST 5035/65 Soloist 3 S.0368 45 [] 20 135 1N. The inside of one ear pad is marked Made in Japan CE while the inside of the other pad is marked Titanium 100, and the outside of the ear pads are marked with the Oliver Peoples and Soloist logos.
