1 Vintage Serengeti 5462 Destiny sunglasses from the Essentials collection feature a rare Antique Rose frame in a style you don't see today in modern Serengetis, with a thin band of tortoise wrapping the oval lenses of the front frame and intricately etched details on the rose ear stems. You also get high quality optics with Serengeti Sienna Drivers mineral glass lenses made by Corning Optics that use a rose coating on the rear to provide superior anti-glare protection. Serengeti "spectral control filters" interact with the full spectrum of light, selectively blocking and filtering each wavelength. Contrast is improved so objects appear more sharply defined, and colors are bright and vibrant. Glare is virtually eliminated, cutting through haze and glare for optimum visual clarity even at a distance. Serengeti sunglasses sharpen contrast while maintaining a natural, non-distorted color balance, and the rear coating reduces "blue blur" - a phenomenon that causes eyestrain and fatigue.
