Carrera Porsche
Design 5623 90 sunglasses feature the classic Carrera matte black
aviator style frame complete with original hard sided Carrera case
shaped to fit the sunglasses perfectly and with felt compartment
to hold the two additional lens. This is the classic combination
of smoky gray and brown gradient teardrop Porsche Design lens, a
2 lens set of each, and the lens are easily swapped out by lifting
the center bar of the frame, removing the lens from behind small
clips, inserting the alterantive lens in their place, and clamping
back down the center bar. The interchangeable lens allow you to
color match these vintage sunglasses with your clothing, and it's
great to essentially have two pairs of sunglasses combined in this
one unique design and case. The included Carrera hard case is marked
Porsche Design by Carrera impressed in the plastic, and each of
the 4 total lens (two brown gradient shading to light at the bottom,
two gray) are marked Porsche Design along with the PD logo. The
matte black metal frame is sturdy and well made, and it is properly
marked with the impressed serial number, Made in Austria, and 5623
90 on one ear stem and Carrera Porsche Design along with the logo
on the other ear stem. The spare lenses fit in 2 felt compartments
attached to the case, which is also marked Porsche Design by Carrera
and noting that the lens should face the front. Lovers of the oversized
sunglasses look today flock to vintage Porsche Carreras when they
can be found, because the lenses are a nice 2.75" x 2.5"
at the widest points and the frame measures about 5.75" temple
to temple. Authentic Porsche Design sunglasses c 1980s are difficult
to find and typically in pretty rough condition because of constantly
changing lens, so we were pleased to offer this all original set
direct to you from a major Naples, FL estate collection of vintage
fashion accessories exclusive to the Vintage Sunglasses Shop. Note:
If we are sold out of this item, you may wish to check for de facto
identical Carrera Porsche Design 5621 90 or 5621 96 sunglasses,

Authentic Vuarnet
Pouilloux Skilynx 438-267 sunglasses with the PX4000 Skilynx amber-yellow
base lenses with brown and anti-reflective interiors coatings and
double gradient silver exterior filters. Vintage Vuarnet Skilynx
lenses are known for their unique ability to eliminate glare and
reflection while enhancing contrast and depth of field to provide
unsurpassed performance in the mountains or at sea. The sleek Vuarnet
438 267 frame is hand made in France, black with gold rims and soft
nose pads in a style reminiscent of Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses
but with a unique French style. The unisex frame is a perfect size
for men and women measuring approximately 5.375" temple to
temple, and the Vuarnet Skilynx lenses measure approximately 2.0"
x 1.75" at the widest point and have the laser etched Vuarnet
"V on a Ski" at the top of each lens. Vuarnet 438 sunglasses are
a rare style and one of the most expensive ever produced by Vuarnet,
and we love the moderately angled lower portions of each lens that
don't have any ready parallel in any other brand of vintage sunglasses.
The exterior of one ear stem is marked Vuarnet while the other is
marked PX (Pouilloux) all in gold, a great contrast with the glass
black frame. The inside of one ear stem is marked Pouilloux V.O.
438-267 Hand Made in France while the inside of the other stem is
marked 54 [] 16. These Vuarnet Skilynx sunglasses also retain the
original celluloid nose pads which are both marked with the PX Pouilloux
symbol which is the same as that on the outside of the right ear
stem. Vuarnet Skilynx lenses with double gradient silver mirror
finish are one of the finest optical lenses ever produced and still
the standard by which others are measured, and these vintage Vuarnet
Pouilloux 438 sunglasses are a stylish and eye catching style to
really make them shine.

Ray-Ban 58mm
Caravan sunglasses are always in high demand because of their unisex
size and comfortable fit as men's or women's sunglasses, and when
you see them in the gold plated Arista frame and B&L Ray-Ban
brown B-15 lenses you really have a great look. We like the use
of tortoise shell ear pads to color coordinate with the moderately
mirrored and reflective B-15 lenses, and of course the gold and
brown go great together. It's the classic B&L Ray-Ban Caravan
lens shape measuring approximately 2.125" x 1.875" at
the widest point in gold plated frame that measures 5.25" temple
to temple. It's just a great all round look and with 58mm lenses
it's a perfect unisex size without going into the oversized sunglasses
arena. The top of the nose bridge is marked B&L Ray-Ban USA,
and the bottom of the nose bridge is marked B&L Ray-Ban 58 []
14. Both lenses are laser etched BL near the hinges, and the right
lens is marked Ray-Ban in script dating these to c 1980s. These
are classy vintage Ray-Ban sunglasses with Bausch & Lomb optical
quality, part of a major San Francisco, CA collector's collection
of fine vintage eyewear and sunglasses.

Revo 3030 093
sunglasses are a subtle wrap design to give front and side protection
to your eyes with its Revo P H20 polarized lenses, but what really
stands out in Revo 3030 sunglasses is the gleaming copper Italian
frame. It's a great look and high quality construction, and we particularly
like the ear stems which wrap around the hinges with the embossed
Revo logo, but then they transition with a bullet effect to a dark
brown matte from the halfway point on to the ear pads. Revo wrap
sunglasses are a less extreme curve than Oakleys, but they serve
the purpose well. The unisex frame is popular with both men and
women, measuring approximately 5.375" temple to temple with
moderately curved lenses measuring approximately 2.25" x 1.375"
at the widest point. These are Revo's top of the line Revo P H20
lenses, and both lenses are so marked laser etched in the glass.
The inside of one ear stem is marked Revo Made in Italy CE Polarized,
while the inside of the other stem is marked 3030 093/61 59 [] 17
130. The sleek copper frame also retains the original marked Revo
celluloid nose pads, part of a collection of rare vintage designer
sunglasses in Minneapolis, MN.

Classy vintage
Revo 1205 034 etched copper teashade sunglasses are sleek and elegant,
with an etched copper frame that perfectly complements the oval
Revo green lenses measuring approximately 1.75" x 1.375"
at the widest points. We love the precise copper etching which is
prominent across the nose bridge and at the two hinge points, and
the Revo logo is integrated into the design on each ear stem. These
Revo 1205 sunglasses are reminiscent of teashade sunglasses worn
most famously by John Lennon of The Beatles, but the design is updated
and enhanced with classy touches like the etched copper frame which
measures approximately 5.0" temple to temple. Revo 1205 034
sunglasses are popular as men's and women's vintage sunglasses,
and it's a style that will look great with a variety of outfits
and a variety of occasions from a formal affiar to a day on the
beach. The inside of the ear stem is marked CE 1205/034 Made Japan,
and this pair also retains the original and marked Revo celluloid
nose pads.

Carrera Porsche
Design 5621 90 sunglasses combine rare Porsche Design purple and
dark gray lenses in the Austrian matte black frame in this classic
of 1980s sunglass innovation. You won't see many vintage Carrera
Porsche Design purple lenses for either 5621 or 5623 sunglasses,
and be forewarned that there are many fake Porsche Design sunglasses
and lenses on the market so it's important to know the difference.
The purple and dark gray interchangeable lenses give you a lot of
flexibility to match color to different outfits and to cope with
differing light conditions. The lenses are easily changed by lifting
the center hinge, removing the lenses from prongs on the black matte
composite frame, inserting the replacement lenses, and lowering
the clamp. Spare lenses are stored in a felt pouch inside the black
hard sided Carrera Porsche Design case which is included. The unisex
frame looks great on both men and women, measuring approximately
5.625" temple to temple with teardrop shaped optyl lenses measuring
approximately 2.75" x 2.25" at the widest points. Carrera
5621 sunglasses reflected the finest innovation in sunglasses since
Ray-Ban aviators and some of the early B&L specialty lenses,
for their use of optyl to lighten the weight and permit more oversized
designs had never before been done with glass lenses which were
too heavy for larger designs. The color has a big impact on value
in vintage Porsche Carreras, and purple is arguably the most desirable
of any color of vintage Carrera PD lens. The inside of one ear stem
is marked Carrera Porsche Design with the logo and U.S. patent number
on the ear pad, while the other stem is marked with the Carrera
serial number, Made in Austria, and 5621 90.

Vuarnet 5003
PX Pouilloux Skilynx sunglasses combine a rich brown aviator style
frame with the amazing Vuarnet Skilynx gradient mirrored lenses
for a unique statement in vintage sunglasses. Vuarnet Skilynx lenses
are gradient mirror lenses, changing from silver to black but always
highly reflective mirrored lenses which reflect rather than absorb
glare. Glare reduction is particularly important to ski eyewear
and goggles, for harmful UV rays reflect off the snow to challenge
vision, and yet traditional polarized sunglass lenses were poorly
suited to depth perception and being able to see moguls on the ski
slopes. Vuarnet Skilynx lenses met the challenge, and these Vuarnet
5003 sunglasses are a classic of the design. These look great on
men or women offering a moderately oversized sunglasses look with
frame measuring approximately 5.5" temple to temple and lenses
measuring 2.25" x 1.75" at the widest points. The exterior
of one ear stem is marked PX Vuarnet while the other has only PX
(Pouilloux), and the inside of one stem is marked with the Vuarnet
crown mark and Nylon while the inside of the other stem is marked
5003 France Depose along with the crown mark. Both of the mirrored
Vuarnet Skilynx lenses are laser etched with the "V on a Ski"
mark at the top center of the lens.

Rare Revo 1111 001 black
python sunglasses with Revo blue mirrored lenses c. early 1990s
are one of the most in demand styles of any vintage Revos we carry
and very hard to find. The Revo python metal frame mimicks the
look of snakeskin, and while it's hard to beat gunmetal pythons
the black pythons were the choice of slightly over 50% of 1378
Vintage Sunglasses Shop customers who voted on this very topic
in a 2009 online poll. The blue mirror lenses look great with
the unisex python frame measuring approximately 5.25" temple
to temple, and we think these particular Revo blue mirror lenses
are particularly good in how they pick up deep purple hues in
the light. Revo 1111 python sunglasses are the single most identifiable
style evver produced by Revo, and the Revo logo is integrated
into the python pattern of both ear stems near the spring loaded
hinge points. The inside of one ear stem is marked CE 1111/001
Frame Japan, and this pair of Revo 1111 sunglasses also retains
the original marked Revo celluloid nose pads. The lenses measure
approximately 2.0" x 3.75" at the widest points, part
of a major Kansas City, MO collector of fine vintage 20th century

Beautiful and
light, Giorgio Armani 248-S sunglasses are one of the most popular
styles ever produced by Armani, a predecessor of thin and light
designs by companies like Maui Jim but with all that classic Armani
design flair. We found the interesting combination of a black front
frame around the lens with a yellow tortoise shell rear frame around
the lens, giving you contrasting colors between front and back and
the kind of thing that gets noticed when wearing or taking off great
sunglasses. Black hinges round the corners at the temples to end
at a small ball, after which the stems continue on even thinner
down to the ear pads. Despite the thinness, Armani found enough
space to properly mark each stem with the inside of one marked 248-S
1042 135 and the inside of the other stem marked Giorgio Armani
Made Italy CE. If you look closely, you'll also see Giorgio Armani
is embossed on the outside of each ear stem about halfway down,
but you'll enjoy the subtlety of the markings compared with some
of the garish designer logos used on new sunglasses today. This
is a great frame for men and women, measuring approximately 5.375"
temple to temple with lenses measuring approximately 2.0" x
1.125" at the widest point. Includes original Giorgio Armani
Italian snakeskin textured case.

These Carrera
Porsche Design 5621 71 sunglasses have a titanium silver frame,
but check out the two sets of interchangeable Porsche Design lenses
in the rarest of colors - blue gradient and rose! We already knew
light blue gradient Porsche Design lenses were incredible, but frankly
we had forgotten how cool the rose - wine color lenses were. Regardless
of which you pick to wear that day, the blue gradient and rose Porsche
Design lenses are the 2 most requested and rarest colors for vintage
Carreras. The center hinge in the titanium silver frame raises to
allow one set of lenses to be removed from the prongs and the replacement
set of lenses inserted into small prongs on the frame. Then, the
lens clamps down to hold the lenses secure. These early Carrera
5621 sunglasses were the first to incorporate large optyl lenses,
a material far lighter than glass lenses but yet offering superior
optical qualities and UV protection. The Austrian frame measures
approximately 5.5" temple to temple with teardrop aviator shaped
lenses measuring approximately 2.875" x 2.25" at the widest
points. The replacement lenses are stored in a felt pouch inside
the black Carrera Porsche Design hard sided case which is included.
The inside of one ear stem is marked Porsche Design by Carrera with
the US patent number on the ear pad, and the other stem is marked
with the serial number, Made in Austria 5621 71. There are plenty
of fake Carrera PD sunglasses and lenses on the market, so don't
be fooled by fakes; every pair of vintage sunglasses we sell is
fully vetted for period authenticity and our condition standards.
Part of a Tucson, Arizona sunglass collector's liquidation, the
last pair of these we sold were purchased by husband and wife who
each claimed their own lens color and shared the 5621's between
them.

One of the most
popular Revo vintage lines is the 965, and here are the Revo 965
001 blue mirror lens sunglasses that started it all. Revo 965 sunglasses
are a unique Revo interpretation of classic aviator sunglasses,
but they do it with oval and colorful mirrored lenses and a black
frame in a moderately elongated aviator sunglasses shape. The black
front of the frame looks great with the Revo blue mirrored lens
of the Revo 1111 001, and the contrasting brown ear stems are unique
to this model of 965 (usually, you don't see the introduction of
a 3rd color to vintage Revos unless it's tortoise shell). The Revo
loso is impressed in metal right at the spring loaded hinge point
on each ear stem, making a nice separation before the start of the
brown stem. Revo 965 sunglasses are popular as both men's and women's
vintage sunglasses, measuring approximately 5.25" temple to
temple with oval lenses measuring approximately 2.0" x 1.5"
at the widest points. The inside of one ear stem is marked CE 965/001
Frame Japan.

Revo 3030 080
K3 sunglasses were a small production variation of Revo 3030 sunglasses,
but we think it's one of the best frame and lens color & style
combinations of anything Revo produced in the mid to late 1990s.
Revo 3030 sunglasses are a subtle wrap design, not as extreme as
Oakley but curved enough to serve the purpose of full eye protection
from the sides. We really like the chrome and black ear stems on
the Revo 3030 080 K3 sunglasses even though all chrome, all copper,
or all black also look great. To us, that color combination is very
eye catching, especially when paired with Revo black, moderately
mirrored Revo P H20 lenses. Gleaming chrome and black in both frame
and lens makes for a very stylish pair of sunglasses, and the wrap
design of the 3030 makes them perfect for sports, boating, and active
outdoor pursuits. The right lens is marked Revo P while the left
lens is marked H20, and each measures approximately 2.25" x
1.25" at the widest points. The Revo logo is embossed in the
chrome portion of each ear stem just before the "bullet"
transition to black, while the inside of one stem is marked Revo
Made In Italy CE Polarized while the other stem is marked 3030 080/K3
59 [] 17 130. A hard line to find and a very rare variation, this
pair of Revo 3030 080 sunglasses also retains the original marked
Revo celluloid nose pads and were part of a major Fort Lauderdale,
Florida estate collection of fine vintage sports eyewear.

Not to be confused
with new Serengeti sunglasses, these early Serengeti Vermilion sunglasses
feature an incredibly rare purple frame and gradient mirrored lenses
made by Corning Optics. In the early days of Serengeti sunglasses,
lenses were made by Corning of Corning glass fame. Corning is a
leading, global supplier of optical materials, high-performance
precision optics, optical-based instruments, and technical microlithography
solutions for the semiconductor industry. These purple Serengeti
Vermilion sunglasses c 1980s are not today's Serengetis sold in
discount stores but rather one of the classics of fine vintage sunglass
design before they were acquired by Bushnell. The purple frame measuring
approximately 5.5" temple to temple is lightweight and designed
for performance, and we took these Corning gradient mirror lenses
out for a "test drive" and let's just say they passed
with flying colors. Originally engineered for skiing, golf and water
sports, the Vermilion lens features double-gradient mirrors to block
glare from the sun above and from snow, ice and water below. High-contrast
rose-colored glass lets you experience the ultimate in image definition,
and you'll see that these lenses pick up rose hues out in the sunlight.
The lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.675" at the
widest points, and the exterior of each ear stem is subtly marked
Serengeti. The inside of one ear stem is marked Serengeti Eyewear
6249G while the inside of the other stem is marked Corning Optics.
The sleek purple design combined with Corning double gradient mirrored
lenses is guaranteed to attract complements and questions about
where you got them or your money back. Includes original period

We can only
describe these vintage Revo 3012 092 sunglasses as an elegant design
that exudes expensive, highest quality vibes through its combination
of subtle design details. First, you'll note the unique lens shape
of the Revo 3012 rose colored lens, a shape we can't recall seeing
in any other Revo line and certainly not easy to make if you ever
had to replace the lenses. It's not just the lens shape however
but the deep rose tint that also picks up hues of red and purple
and really shimmers in the sunlight. A chrome frame would have been
cool enough, but we have to admit that the use of copper for the
front frame, spring loaded hinges, and one quarter way down the
ear stems is quite simply stunning. The Revo logo is embossed in
the copper portion of each ear stem, thin and round in what's a
difficult industrial design and manufacturing technique to pull
off in sunglasses. At the point the copper ceases on the stems,
they transition to a gleaming black before continuing on down to
the ear pads. The frame is perfectly unisex measuring approximately
5.25" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately
2.0" x 1.125" at the widest points. The inside of one
stem is marked 3012 092/1151 [] 19 135 while the inside of the other
stem is marked Revo Made in Italy CE. These rare Revo 3012 sunglasses
retain the original marked Revo celluloid nose pads, part of a major
Chicago, IL collector's downsizing of a Revo collection begun with
original Revo purchases in the mid 1980s and all single owner.

Early Ray-Ban
Chromax Driving sunglasses feature B&L Ray-Ban Chromax color
contrast technology, an advanced technology lens designed to enahnce
key outdoor colors such as green, amber and red, making them appear
brighter and easier to see, while providing sharp, clear perception
of details. Combining maximum function and 100% UV protection, Ray-Ban
Chromax driving glasses are ideal for a wide variety of outdoor
activties requiring accurate hand-eye coordintation such as golf,
tennis, and driving. These 62mm Ray-Ban driving sunglasses have
regular ear stems making them easy to take on and off, and the 24k
gold plated B&L Ray-Ban USA frame measuring approximately 5.5"
temple to temple is the popular "General" style with top
pearlized General bar well known because General Douglas MacArthur
landed on the beach in the Philippines in World War II wearing them.
Photographers snapped several pictures of him wearing this style
of B&L Ray-Ban aviators for newspapers and magazines, and Americans
instantly fell in love with the sunglasses which still endures today.
The 62mm Chromax lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 2.0"
at the widest points, and the right lens is marked Ray-Ban in script
while both lenses are laser etched BL near the hinges. The top nose
bar is marked B&L Ray-Ban USA while the bottom nose bridge is

Super sleek
vintage Revo 3050 001/K3 sunglasses are a subtle variation within
the style line that eliminates the chrome for all black ear stems
and nose bridge, but they still retain the "point of the bullet"
transition unique to Revo 3050 sunglasses halfway down the ear stems.
That subtle design touch gives them added design flair from the
sides to go with the wrap sunglasses design. The all black metal
frame is inclusive of the front frame and nose bridge, and what
better lens to complete the look than Revo's moderately reflective
black Revo P H20 polarized lens. The frame and lens are set in a
subtle wrap sunglasses design, not as extreme as Oakley but nevertheless
effective at providing additional protection for the eyes from glare,
wind, and rain coming in from the sides. The Revo 3030 frame is
a classic of sports sunglasses and worn by men and women, measuring
approximately 5.25" temple to temple with elongated wrap style
Revo H20 lenses measuring approximately 2.5" x 1.375"
at the widest points. The Revo logo is embossed on each spring loaded
ear stem, and these Revo 3050 sunglasses still retain their original
marked Revo celluloid nose pads. The inside of one ear stem is marked

Very rare vintage
Giorgio Armani 656 Italian sunglasses with side leather blinkers
is a style that will usually not be available on the site but which
won't last long if you happen to be visiting us when a pair is for
sale- we typically see one at most each year. Not many were made,
but check out the style with gold frame, tortoise ear pads, tan
leather side blinkers which are removable should you so desire,
and rather uniquely shaped Armani lenses. It's a great look with
or without the blinkers, and while we wouldn't necessarily characterize
these sunglasses as glacier glasses or wear them to ski in the middle
of winter, we think they're dynamite for spring skiing or hiking.
What's best is they look magnificent as regular daily sunglasses,
so the availability of the leather blinkers is really an added plus.
The leather blinkers slot down into the frame via small metal prongs,
and they're easy to remove or insert so you really have 2 distinct
sunglass looks combined into one pair of great vintage Armani sunglasses.
Each gold ear stem is subtly marked with Giorgio Armani near the
hinges, quite a difference from the huge designer logos you see
today in designer sunglasses. It's a nice size for men and women,
with frame measuring approximately 5.125" temple to temple
and lenses that measure 1.875" x 1.75" at the widest points.
The inside of one ear stem is marked Giorgio Armani Made Italy CE
while the inside of the other stem is marked 656 743 135. These
Giorgio Armani 656 sunglasses also retain the original marked GA
celluloid nose pads and have a laser etched GA on each lens near
the hinges. Great look!

Vintage Revo
blue mirror 850 001 sunglasses were early Revo production, one of
the first styles produced with a frame made in France and the famous
Revo blue mirrored lens that employed technology from the NASA space
program. The black matte frame is a perfect complement to the highly
reflective blue mirror lens, and we really like how the Revo logo
is incorporated into each ear stem near the hinges with a thin strip
of gold - a small but important third color introduced into the
overall design. Revo 850 sunglasses are a perfect size for men but
also for women who like a moderately oversized sunglasses look,
with composite frame measuring approximately 5.25" temple to
temple and 2.125" x 1.875" at the widest points in a variation
of classic cat's eye sunglasses. The black matte composite frame
is durable yet stylish, and it doesn't detract from the resiliance
of the highly reflective blue mirrored lenses. The inside of one
ear stem is marked 850/001 Frame France, part of a Hartford, CT
estate collection of vintage sunglasses sold exclusively through
the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.

Top of the line
vintage Carrera Porsche Design 5621 40 sunglasses feature the all
gold Carrera Austrian frame and interchangeable brown gradient and
dark gray Carrera Porsche Design lenses in the original black hard
sided Carrera case with felt pouch to store the 2nd set of lenses.
The center hinge on these Carrera 5621 sunglasses raises to allow
the current set of lenses to be removed and the other set of lenses
inserted into small prongs on the frame and clamped down with the
center hinge. Vintage Carrera Porsche Design 5621 sunglasses are
probably more popular today than they were when first introduced
in the 1980s, and none are more popular than the 5621 40 variation
with all gold frame. Carrera 5621 sunglasses are popular both with
me and with women who appreciate its moderately oversized sunglasses
style and look. Carrera revolutionized sunglass design with the
Porsche Carrera line in the 1980s, introducing optyl as a lens material
which was much lighter than glass and thus allowed for larger frame
sizes. Both sets of interchangeable lenses look great with the gold
frame which measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple with
PD lenses which measure approximately 2.75" x 2.25" at
the widest point. Both sets of interchangeable lenses are marked
Porsche Design, and the inside of one ear stem is marked Carrera
Porsche Design with the US patent number on the ear pad while the
inside of the other stem is marked with the serial number plus Made
in Austria 5621 40.

Rare Bausch
& Lomb safety glasses c 1940s combine extra strong B&L green
safety glass lens with a very sturdy metal frame, and these pioneered
the look of steampunk motorcycle goggles which is their typical
use today - and we can assure you no other steampunk goggles were
ever made to this kind of quality. These are real antique goggles
and not a reproduction, and today they used as motorcycle goggles,
ski sunglasses, or as safety glasses. As our staff can attest, these
early B&L goggles and their analogous Ful Vue line introduced
a few years after these are to attract questions and compliments
about their unique look. We love the green glass blinkers that keep
wind and sunlight out while protecting the eyes from the sides,
and they swing on a hinge for closing the glasses and conforming
to the face. It is quite unique how these glasses fold, for the
front hinge rotates a full 180 degrees so they are hinged back for
wearing and hinged forward for closing the glasses. If it were otherwise,
they would not close with the side blinders in the way. Very unique.
In contrast to B&L Ful Vue goggles, these are slightly earlier
and include a green glass center panel over the nose. Each ear stem
is a strong, coated wire curved in the back with the shooter design
to fit securely around the ear, and each 1.75" x 1.65"
green B&L lens is marked at the top with the etched B&L
triangle logo in the glass lens. These vintage B&L goggles measure
approximately 5.125" temple to temple, found as part of an
estate in the warehouse of an Ohio contractor, covered in dust in
the back of an old cabinet and clearly forgotten for 60 years. The
glasses are also marked on the back of the nose bridge 24 Bausch
& Lomb 44 impressed in the metal. These early Bausch & Lomb
motorcycle / pilot goggles retain real bakelite nose pads and all
original B&L green glass lenses. Rare.
