Vintage and rare B&L Ray-Ban Leathers Ambermatic sunglasses are covered in black English bridle leather and feature a leather wrapped General brow bar. We very seldom see Ambermatic Leathers, and we particularly like the use of a silver aviator frame as the base and the brown B-15 high contrast 62mm lenses. The frame itself measures approximately " temple to temple, and the 62mm lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 2.0" at the widest points. The top of the nose bridge is marked B&L Ray-Ban USA (hidden under the brow bar) and the bottom of the bridge is marked B&L Ray-Ban 62 [] 14 all impressed in the metal. The right lens is laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses are laser etched BL near the hinges, part of a Malibu, CA collection of only the finest vintage Ray-Bans.
