1 Vintage Vuarnet 006 Unilynx sunglasses evoke the style and shape of classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses but with amazing Vuarnet PX-6000 Unilynx mineral glass lenses that are both rare and one of the finest optical quality lenses ever produced. The Vuarnet PX 6000 Unilynx lens is an amber-brown base with anti-reflective interior coating, a hybrid lens with similar characteristics of the Skilynx but without the exterior silver filters. It's a serious lens for all-around outdoor use that allows for a more evenly balanced color transmission while improving on the contrast-enhancing, glare diminishing properties of the Skilynx lens. The unisex French nylon 006 frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.675" at the widest points with both laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski". You'll find the early PX Vuarnet mark on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is impressed Pouilloux and marked 006 while the inside of the other stem is impressed France.
