Ray-Ban Studio RB-3 Sunglasses
Vintage Ray-Ban Studio sunglasses were the early 1950s precursor to the Ray-Ban Signet, produced in only very small quantities over a few years before the name gave way to the enduring popularity of the Signet and another similar style, the Ray-Ban Caravan. You'll see traits of both in the shape and details of the Studio, including the lens shape and the horizontal etching at the nose bridge. The unisex Studio frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 2.0" at the widest points. The inside of one ear stem is impressed Studio while the inside of the other stem is impressed 828 56 [] 16; included is the original Bausch & Lomb cardboard card that accompanied them still in great shape.
