1 Vintage Vuarnet 003 sunglasses feature the rare white variation of this icon of 20th century sunglasses design, with a durable white nylon aviator inspired frame that's designed to stand up to the rigors of active outdoor pursuits and extreme weather conditions. This low production variation also features Vuarnet PX-2000 lenses, a brown base mineral glass lens with an anti-reflective interior coating, featuring subtle enhancement of color and contrast and ideal for everyday use and driving. The unisex Vuarnet 003 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the brown PX2000 lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.75" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski". You'll find the Vuarnet PX logo (Pouilloux) embossed on the exterior of one ear stem and PX 2000 on the other, and the inside of one stem is impressed Nylon along with the French crown trademark and marked Vuarnet while the inside of the other stem is France Depose with the crown trademark and marked either 003 or 2003 (Vuarnet began using prefixes c 1993 to indicate the type of lens, in this case a 2 for the PX2000 lens).
