Ray-Ban Caravan G-31 Mirrored Sunglasses
Vintage Ray-Ban Caravan sunglasses feature rare Bausch & Lomb G-31 full mirrored lenses in the iconic Caravan line of sunglasses. The highly reflective B&L G-31 lenses were produced in only very small quantities, not as plentiful as the almost equally rare double gradient mirror lenses and for the most part limited to production on Ray-Ban Arctic CATS and Wayfarers. As such, it's very hard to find G-31 mirrored lenses in the classic gold plated Caravan. The unisex Ray-Ban Caravan frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the B&L G-31 mirrored lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.875" at the widest points. The top of the nose bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the bottom of the bridge is impressed B&L 58 [] 16 USA, part of a fine collection of vintage Ray-Bans in Atlanta, GA.
