Vintage Revo 953 008 sunglasses feature a wonderful tortoise shell frame, a great shape, and intricate etching in the metal that frames the hinge points and nose bridge of the front and the ear stems on the sides. As a subtle design detail, we like the rivets just below the nose bridge visible from the front, which kind of draws the eye toward the center where you then notice the elaborate etching in the metal nose bridge itself. These lens change color from amber to deep purple depending on the angle of the light, one of the most desirable of all Revo lens color combinations. The lens themselves measure approximately 1.75" x 1.75" at the widest points on a frame measuring 5.25" temple to temple, and they look great (trust us, we tried them) as both men's and women's sunglasses. These vintage Revo 953 sunglasses retain the original marked Revo nose pads and are marked Revo raised in the metal on the ear stems near the hinge points and CE 953-008 Frame Japan on the interior of the ear stem.
