One
of the most eye catching vintage styles
Revo ever produced, Revo 953 008 sunglasses
with green mirror Revo lens offer a unique
opportunity to own a classic of vintage
Revo sunglasses style. The 953 models, especially
with blue, green, and amber lens, are among
the top 3 styles that Revo ever produced,
and it's easy to see why. The tortoise shell
frames are curvaceous and sized to look
great on the face, and the tortoise color
is a perfect complement to the highly reflective
green mirrored lens adding that extra bit
of design flair. The metal ear stems look
great with the matte black frame front,
and each ear stem has the Revo logo impressed
in the metal and sleek black ear guards
on the rear. We particularly like the intricate
etched metal design of the nose bridge and
that accent each corner on the front of
the glasses around the side hinges. The
green mirror lens is of course one of Revo's
most popular, made of real glass and offering
great UV and infrared eye protection. The
mirrored green lens is highly reflective
from the front and appear brown when looking
through them from behind, a proven combination
pioneered by Revo for superb anti-glare
protection. The lens themselves measure
approximately 1.75" x 1.75" at
the widest points, and the frame is about
5.125" temple to temple. The inside
of the ear stem is marked 953-008 Frame
Japan, and the celluloid nose pads are also
original and both marked Revo. These vintage

in excellent excellent condition and ready
